SERVICE TERMS, LIABILITY, DEPOSITS & RETURN POLICY

Murr Capital Inc. DBA Don’s Auto Interiors

1. SERVICE TERMS All services performed by Murr Capital Inc. DBA Don’s Auto Interiors are subject to the terms outlined below. By leaving a vehicle or item with us for service or repair, the customer agrees to these terms.

• Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Pricing may vary if additional damage or necessary materials are discovered during service.

• Customers will be notified prior to proceeding with additional work if any changes to cost or scope arise.

• Completed vehicles or items must be picked up within 48 hours of completion. A $50 per day storage fee will apply after the 48-hour period.

• All completed work must be paid in full before the vehicle or item is released.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit and debit cards, Zelle, and checks for business accounts only.

• All credit and debit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

• Business checks are accepted only for approved business accounts. Returned checks incur a $100 fee.

• Financing options are available through Synchrony for qualified customers.

• All balances must be paid in full at the time of vehicle pickup unless otherwise stated in writing. 3. LABOR WARRANTY

• Murr Capital Inc. DBA Don’s Auto Interiors provides a 90-day labor warranty on work performed. • This warranty covers labor only, not materials.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, spills, wear and tear, or failure to properly care for the interior or installed materials.

• Warranty is void if any third party alters, adjusts, removes, or repairs the work performed by Murr Capital Inc. DBA Don’s Auto Interiors.

4. LIABILITY & VEHICLE CONDITION

Murr Capital Inc. DBA Don’s Auto Interiors exercises care when working on all vehicles; however, certain limitations apply.

• Technicians check the functionality of relevant components before beginning work to prevent false claims of malfunction.

• Murr Capital Inc. DBA Don’s Auto Interiors is not liable for damage to vehicles, seats, interior components, electronics, or systems that are modified, aftermarket, previously repaired, or not in original manufacturer condition.

• Customers are responsible for informing us of any prior repairs, aftermarket products, or alterations to the vehicle.

• Some vehicles, especially older models, may have brittle, aged, or weakened parts that may break during normal and careful disassembly or reassembly. We are not responsible for such breakage.

• We are not responsible for resetting or reprogramming warning lights, seat memory settings, airbag systems, or sensors after upholstery or interior work.

• Airbag-related work: When servicing, removing, or reinstalling seats, we are not responsible for the function, reset, or deployment of airbags or sensors.

• For repairs known to carry higher-than-normal risk, verbal customer approval will be obtained before work proceeds.

• We do not assume financial responsibility for repairs, reimbursement, or replacement of components that stop functioning or become damaged during or after service unless negligence is proven. At our discretion, we may inspect the concern as a courtesy, but no compensation is guaranteed or implied.

5. STORAGE POLICY

• Vehicles or items not picked up within 48 hours of completion will incur a storage fee of $50 per day.

• Vehicles or items left beyond 14 days without written communication may be considered abandoned. Murr Capital Inc. DBA Don’s Auto Interiors reserves the right to take appropriate legal action or apply a mechanic’s lien in accordance with state law.

6. DEPOSITS, SPECIAL ORDERS & MATERIALS

• A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice total.

• Any deposit made toward a scheduled service is non-refundable if the customer cancels within 14 days of the appointment date.

• Deposits made for special-order materials are non-refundable.

• A 10% restocking fee applies when a customer cancels after a 50% down payment has been made, as materials are purchased in advance.

• If the deposit made is less than 50% and a refund is requested, no refund will be issued.

• Due to manufacturer production variations, dye lots and colors may slightly vary. We are not responsible for minor color variations. 7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• If a cancellation is requested and the scheduled appointment is less than 14 days away, no refund will be issued, regardless of deposit amount.

• No refunds are issued for special-order materials.

• No refunds are issued once work has begun.

8. RETURNS OF COMPLETED GOODS OR PRODUCTS

• Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase, if applicable.

• Custom-made, altered, or installed items are not eligible for return.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Customers agree to contact Murr Capital Inc. DBA Don’s Auto Interiors to resolve any concerns before pursuing third-party claims or disputes.

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution.

10. GOVERNING LAW

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal action shall be filed in the appropriate jurisdiction of Cook County, IL. By leaving your vehicle or item with Murr Capital Inc. DBA Don’s Auto Interiors, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
