Shipping Overview

Don's Auto Interiors & Tops ships convertible tops, headliners, cables, pads, and accessories across the continental United States. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Continental US

We ship to all 48 contiguous states. Standard flat rate shipping applies.

Alaska, Hawaii & Territories

Shipping to AK, HI, and US territories may incur additional charges calculated at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at (708) 371-8020 to discuss options.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our shop: 11937 South Cicero Ave, Alsip, IL 60803. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to save on shipping. Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email before visiting the shop.
